Deliveries are made to nearby regions by Modulmaxx's own vehicles, and to other provinces/districts of Turkey by specialized shipping companies. Since the vehicle that will carry the furniture to be purchased can grow according to the size of the furniture to be purchased, in cases where it is not possible to reach the address where the delivery will be made by a large vehicle due to physical conditions, terrain and road conditions, orders are left at the nearest central point with the knowledge and approval of the customer.

Although we have the logistics infrastructure and solution partners who are experts in their fields, which can deliver to every point in Turkey, sometimes it may not be possible to reach the specified address due to reasons other than ours, such as the geographical conditions of the region, road conditions and narrow streets. In such cases, we make the delivery to the closest point to that address in line with the information of our customer.

Order and Delivery

Our furniture, which you order from www.modulmaxx.com, is produced individually and is not stocked. If you are in Kayseri, we produce the furniture you want and deliver it to your address within 25 to 35 working days. If you want delivery to an address outside of Kayseri, we will bring the product to your door within 40 to 45 working days. For our overseas shipments, you can talk to our store about the time, as the times may vary according to the country of destination and the shipping conditions of that country.

You can entrust your furniture to us! By using the "Escrow System" service offered free of charge by Modulmaxx to all its customers, you can receive the products you ordered at any time in the future, up to 3 years. In the escrow furniture option, you need to confirm your furniture that you want to be delivered to us with one of our branches at least 40 days in advance.

Problems that may occur within the scope of warranty on the products you purchased will be resolved by our authorized services. Your Modulmaxx warranty issues will also guide you.
